Basic Barley

Ingredients:

3 Cups – Water

1 Cup – Arrowhead mills pearled barley

Cooking instructions: Simmer barley in water for 1 1/4 hours. Makes 3 1/2 cups.

Consume only after cooking, not ready to eat.
