ESSENCE OF INDIA COUSCOUS

COOKING DIRECTIONS:

1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil;

2. Add contents of package and enclosed seasoning packet. Stir, reduce heat, cover pot and simmer until water is absorbed (approximately 5 minutes);

3. Remove from heat, fluff with fork and serve.

Cooking Tip:

For a richer texture, add 1 tablespoon of oil to the water while cooking.
