Not for the weak –must love onions! Use as you would store-bought packets of onion soup mix. Great for burgers, meat loaf, roasted potatoes, casseroles and of course, French onion dip.
Directions
To make soup: Use 2 tsp in one cup boiling water, let sit 2-3 minutes.
To make dip: Mix 1 2/3 tablespoons with 2 cups sour cream. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
For alternative recipe, substitute lowfat yogurt in place of sour cream.
