Directions

Suggested Use: Start with one teaspoon and work up to one level tablespoon per day, or as advised by a qualified health care professional. Take on empty stomach approximately 45 minutes before or 2 hours after meals/nutritional products. Mix with 8-12 ounces of purified/structured water or juice (for taste). Let stand and allow herbs to hydrate. Consume with conscious, positive intent. Lots of fluids are important due to the drawing nature of this formula.
