Hydralyte is a medical food for the prevention and relief of dehydration caused by vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and heavy sweating.

Clinical signs of dehydration: Sticky or dry mouth, increased thirst, decreased urine output, dark yellow urine, lethargy, loss of skin elasticity, irritability, headache.

Each 1 Liter of Hydralyte provides: Sodium 45 mEq, Potassium 20 mEq, Chloride 45 mEq, Citrate 90 mEq, Dextrose 80 mM (14.5 g), Calories 80.

Uso Sugerido

Use under medical supervision.

  1. Empty the contents of one packet into 7 fl oz fresh cold drinking water. Stir until the Hydralyte powder has dissolved.
  2. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist,
  3. Discard unused solution after 6 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated.
