Eaten with a simple bowl of soup or with stir fried meat or vegetables, noodles provide a cheap, quick, and healthy food alternative. These unusual noodles are made with all the benefits of brown rice as well as wakame-a sea vegetable rich in minerals. Try theses noodles with mixed vegetables lightly fired with ginger and spring onions. Add prawns and some extra wakame as required.

Directions

To prepare: Bring a pan of water to a rolling boil. Add noodles slowly until submerged. Bring back to the boil and then reduce to medium heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain noodles in a colander and then refresh with cold water.
