Lactobacillus acidophilus is a friendly bacteria that exists in the body. Studies indicate that acidophilus may aid in the digestion of milk products, prevent some yeast infections and restore bacterial balance in the intestines. They can also be helpful to travelers and antibiotic-induced diarrhea. Apple pectin supports healthy digestion, promotes normal elimination, and cleanses the intestinal tract.

Directions
