Name: Mesquite, Prospois pallida, aka “Kiawe”, “American Carob”

Smoothie Recipe: The Smokin’ Mango – Serves 1
- 1 tablespoon of mesquite powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup mango
- ½ ripe avocado
Directions: Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
