Designed specifically for Breastfeeding Moms, because they have different nutritional needs than pregnant women. They need less Folate and Iron and more Vitamin A and Iodine. We’ve also added a Milk Boosting Blend of herbs such as Fenugreek which have been proven to increase milk supply.
Directions
Take 3 capsules a day. For best results, take 1 capsule with breakfast, 1 capsule with lunch, 1 capsule with dinner. Capsules may be opened and powder added to your food or drink.
