Nature’s Plus Mega B-100 Description
Sustained Release Tablets
The ingredients are the same as regular Mega B-100 formula. However, in this product, each mega-potency tablet contains all of the B-Complex vitamins in a special base which provides for the B-Complex vitamins in a special base which provides for the gradual release of ingredients over a prolonged period of time.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

Gluten, yeast, wheat, corn, soy, milk, artificial colors and preservatives.
