Phase I: Whole Body Detox

Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening for 15 days. Take with 8 oz. of liquid.

Phase II: 6-Fiber Blend

Take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the evening for 15 days. Take with 8 oz. of water.

Phase III: Mineral Digestive Sweep

Take 3 tablets at bedtime for 8 days, then reduce to 2 tablets at bedtime for an additional 7 days. Take with 8 oz. of water.
