How to Prepare neat® Crumbles
Mix Neat & Water + Cook & Crumble + Ready In 9 Minutes
1 Serving: 1/3 cup neat + 2 Tablespoons water
4 Servings: 1 pouch neat + 1/2 cup water
Store dry mix in the fridge or pantry until next use.
In a bowl, add water to neat and mix well. Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat and place mixture in the skillet. As neat browns, chop into crumbles with a spatula. Continue cooking, until neat is crumbly and lightly browned, approximately 9 minutes.

Form neat into burgers (add veggies, if you like!) and cook in a non-stick skillet for approximately 3 minutes on each side.
