Alpha Lipoic Acid is a versatile water and fat soluble metabolic antioxidant. It is a potent free radical quencher and aids Vitamin C and E in their antioxidant activities. Vitamins C and E are added as complementary, synergistic antioxidants.

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 or 2 Vcaps® daily, preferably with meals. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Tri-Chromium™ and Gymnema sylvestre.
