Solution: Clarify & Illuminate Purifying Toner contains Mitostime™, a clinically-tested, concentrated brown algae extract that, when tested at a 1-2% concentration for four weeks, is shown to help the skin breathe better by taking in more oxygen and releasing more carbon dioxide. Uso Sugerido
Cleanse face, then apply a generous amount of Clarify & Illuminate Purifying Toner to a cotton ball or cleansing pad and swab face and neck area, paying special attention to problem areas. Use one or two times daily as needed. For best results, follow with Clarify & Illuminate Age Transformation Moisturizer.
