Tiny chunks of whole barley grain, barley grits offer all of the flavor and nutritional benefits of the whole grain (like fiber, protein, iron and selenium), but cook in a fraction of the time!
Add 1 cup grits to 3 cups boiling water. Reduce and simmer 20 minutes, or until grain is tender and liquid is absorbed.
