WOW, Vietnamese spring rolls! Have you tried a freshly made one? They’re quick to make, bursting with flavors and such a tasty, delightful snack, appetizer or even a meal. Simply combine some fresh veggies with cooked shrimp, tofu or chicken, add herbs, roll’em up and voila!
My partner Thao & I created Star Anise Foods from our love of traditional Vietnamese food with our new nutritional twist…using brown rice throughout our products. How To Wrap
1. Dip wrapper in warm water then lay flat.
2. Place ingredients in middle of wrapper & fold sides inward.
3. Wrap & roll.
