Ingredients: Purified Water, Wild Yam Extract, Polyacrylamide/Isoparraffin, Laureth-7, Emulsifying Wax, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Glyceryl Stearate/PEG-100 Stearate, USP Progesterone (from Wild Yam), Cholesterol, Chaste Tree Berry Extract (Vitex), Glycerin, Jojoba Oil, Squalane, Allantoin, Water/Phosphlipids, Retinyl Palmitate, Ascorbyl Palmitate, D-alpha Tocopherol, (Liposomes of Vitamins A, C and E), extracts of Dong Quai, Black Cohosh, Grapefruit Seed Extract and Sorbic Acid.
Recommended Uses: Gently rub 1/4 to 3/4 tsp twice daily on clean skin to face, belly, thighs or wrists. Use day 14 to 27 during menstrual cycle. Non-menstruating women, use 1/8 to 1/2 tsp any three weeks monthly. Best results after three to four months.
