Alfalfa sprouts are one of the most popular, diverse, nutritious & delicious sprouting seeds. their easy to grow, fresh, earthy flavor pairs well with any meal.
SOAK seeds for 6-8 hours. RINSE and drain. Spread evenly in sprouting container. RINSE and drain 2-3 times per day for 3 days. After that, rinse once per day until harvest. By the seventh day the sprouts should be ready to eat. Sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator in an air-tight container for up to 3-4 days.
