Directions

Sort & rinse. Bring 3 cups water and 1 cup emmer farro to boil, reduce and simmer, covered, for 35-45 minutes or until grain is tender.

Suggested Uses:

• Mix with fresh herbs for a tasty accompaniment to roasted meats or vegetables.
